Originally Wendy & Robin’s Tea Ceremony was going to happen the morning of the wedding. Wendy opted to do it at the rehearsal dinner the night before instead, which I think worked out wonderfully because I got a ridiculous amount of time for formal pictures on the wedding day. Yes, I am biased I love plenty of time and a beautiful sunset!
So this is Friday’s Tea Ceremony, at Eden’s Cafe in Dallas. Guests traded a red envelope with “money” in it as Wendy served tea and Robin was in charge of taking the envelope.
This post would not be complete without “the cake”. There’s a very long, wonderful story about the cake that I think only Dr. Shepard could tell. Go for it, Dr. Shepard 🙂
