What an utterly beautiful morning, which transformed itself into a deliciously glorious day. The sun was shining, everyone was extraordinarily cheery, and there was a crazy amount of joy in the air. You couldn’t wipe the smile off of Melissa’s face if you tried. She was so very, very happy – the epitome of a glowing bride.

I met Gabe for the first time at the church, as well as their sweet son Joaquin. What a little ladies man already, he was so adorable I wanted to steal him. And if you know me, I rarely want to steal children. Gabe may look serious in the images below, but he was beaming ear to ear. So proud of their darling son, and so excited about his own wedding duds.

We wrapped things up pretty early before the ceremony and we also had to stall a little while the speakers were making their way to the church so instead of all of the nervous waiting, I suggested that Gabe & Melissa spend a few minutes together. Melissa & Gabe requested that they not see each other before hand, so I positioned them back to back in a deserted hallway and gave them some time together. Remember that smile on Melissa’s face? It turned to beautiful laughter the second she was near Gabe.
