Both Lisa & Justin’s grandparents have been married over 60 years! Here they are giving up some love after the Anniversary Dance.
This is Alyson. She was VERY excited to catch the bouquet, as you can see.
Alyson’s boyfriend was the best man, Jonathan. He is on the far left in the picture below, with his hands on his hips (looking like he is in the zone). When the garter was thrown, Jonathan made a “drive-by” attempt to catch it. What’s a “drive-by” you ask? It’s when the guy runs across the stage, holds up a hand in a fake attempt to grab the garter and then runs off stage right.
The funny story is that Alyson was proposed to two weeks later – and I am assured that the same crew will be at attending her wedding! Can’t wait!
This is another nugget of silliness that I found on Vivian’s camera. How she gets these things, I will never know. The part that made me laugh so hard was that it was the very last frame too. There I am going through the final exit and I find Lisa’s brother Hal and some random guy cheesing. (Note to random guy: if you want to send me your name, you will no longer be referred to as random guy on my blog).
The following section is devoted solely to Lisa & her tongue. I got a good dozen pictures like this; she is such a ham!
And this is where I told her to stick her tongue out … and she didn’t!
Lisa may not have followed directions, but dad sure did!
And the best part of this post? Getting to use the smiley with the tongue sticking out!
