I am so excited to say goodbye to 2018 and welcome in 2019 with this incredibly sweet wedding. Leandra and I met many, many years ago via a message board on TheKnot.com. She has one of those unforgettable smiles and spiritual kindness that just stays with you, even after all of these years.
Leandra’s friend called me a few weeks before the wedding to see if I was available. I have to admit that when her friend asked about the intimate package – I assumed she was looking for boudoir photography and I started talking about makeup & hair needs. She kindly explained that it was just a small wedding for her friend and someone that we both know – Leandra. I know my whole demeanor changed as I screeched through the phone “LEANDRA!!!! OF COURSE!”
My assistant Taylor and I started our day with Leandra at the Renaissance Legacy West in Plano… with a massive hug from Leandra.
I met Dale in the hallway about 30 minutes later right before we had a casual first look in their hotel room. This wedding was all about them, no fuss, all love.
