Jennifer’s parents moved into their new home only a few days before the wedding so I expected boxes and chaos. I could not have been more incorrect. We walked into a home that was perfectly situated and ready to take on the bevy of bridesmaids that had taken over. Of course, we had to test the integrity of the chandelier.

The bridesmaids got Jennifer dressed in the comfort of her parent’s home as her mom watched up with love and pride and her eyes. There was so much laughter, so much joy in that room.

And really, no post is complete without an alligator. I

The back story is that  Jennifer’s mom and dad have been moving this little guy around for many years between the two of them as a joke. He’s ended up the fridge and the spice rack, that kind of thing. The only reason I found out about him was that I crawled into the tub during makeup & hair time to get a nice wide shot of everyone and there he was. So it’s not often that I sit in the tub, but when I do – I want this little guy by my side. Thanks for the memories, George. (Ok, I really don’t remember his name, but he kind of looks like a George).
