Stephen Sr. reached out to me months ago. He works at the Scottish Rite Cathedral and he had remembered some images that I had shot there earlier this year. I met the whole clan – moms, aunts, and dads but I didn’t meet Jennifer & Stephen Jr until the wedding day. There we were, Vivian, Audrey and I peeking into the bridal suite asking “so… who is Jennifer?” Every wedding is definitely new adventure for us.
The Cathedral is just a dream to photograph. The bridal suite has oodles of lovely natural light and plenty of space to spread out and the guys also get their own space in the library, richly decked out in deep wood tones.
You better believe I couldn’t wait to get them outside and shot those columns!
This is Jennifer. She was grinning from ear to ear all day. We learned that day how she beautifully graceful, modest and sincere she was. All within an hour of knowing her.
This is Stephen. He’s fun loving and gentle. I couldn’t wait to see them together!
