While Hugo got Todd ready downstairs at Marty Leonard Chapel, I photographed Edith’s details and her getting ready upstairs. Hugo and I met up about an hour later for their first look.
As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, Edith is my kind of people. She’s perfectly type A and yet she fully trusted me on her wedding day. She was so nervous when she arrived at the chapel that afternoon, and then she suddenly was completely zen as we were getting her dressed.
For their first look, Edith and Todd started very serious. But suddenly we were all in full laughter mode as Edith surprised myself, Todd & Hugo by taking off her fur bolero in one swift backwards motion, while simultaneously looking surprised and sultry. It was all fun and games from there.
