Vivie and I began our afternoon at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in downtown Fort Worth. We knew exactly where to take Courtney’s dress and details because the colors in the upstairs sitting area so perfectly matching her wedding color scheme. As Vivie set to work on the dress, I started pulling all sort of fun things into the room and setting up detail shots for her. She just kept laughing at me, I’m rarely there when she shoots details so it was fun to spend that time with her.
We got Courtney dressed in her room, and watched as she had a very tender moment with her parents before we left for the chapel.
We got Brandon ready at the chapel and he waited as Courtney and her girls completed some finishing touches.
There was something so utterly serene and lovely about Brandon sitting it the chapel.
The first look was beyond perfection. We had every ounce of beautiful light, and tender emotion that we could have ask for. We even had some sneaky onlookers.
