Before the wedding, Brittany had sent me pictures of all of the beautiful chalkboards that she had been working on. I joked that those would all be Vivian’s problem on the wedding day and Brittany replied “she doesn’t have to take a picture of all of them!” … O yeah she does! And in true Vivian style, she took a picture of every. single. one. of. them.
The ceremony room had a long, grand aisle for Brittany and her father to walk down. They made their way down the aisle with the largest smiles on their faces, taking in all of the friends and family that had joined them that day. At the end of the aisle, Brittany locked eyes with her grandfather and a select few of us were able to see that amazing moment. However, within an instant she was at the very front face to face with AJ.
Now, I haven’t really said much about AJ and that’s mostly because I had so much (almost daily!) interaction with Brittany over the course of the past year. But AJ’s smile said it all at that every moment. He was there for Brittany and she was everything in his world.
