While the wedding party and I were dancing through downtown Fort Worth and using road signs and cones for pictures, the guests were enjoying a tour of the area on a chartered bus. What a fabulous idea!!
This meant that the reception room at the YWCA was lovingly set up and prepared and that we had lots of lovely light (and time!) to capture everything before the guests arrived. And who made everything go so easy peasy? Yeah, that would be the AMAZING April Coltharp. April had come to Julian & Erics’s wedding a few months prior to see me in action and I guess she liked what she saw because she introduced me to Angela and Jerry shortly thereafter. April was incredible to work with, everything got done magically and perfectly. And it doesn’t hurt that she made sure that me and the crew got the special Dr Pepper that Angela & Jerry had arranged or us!
Props also to our fav DJ Glenn who had the party rocking and room lighting looking spectacular as per usual. I don’t think it’s fair for us to enjoy weddings this much, but we do!
