I have no idea how my second set of holiday portraits escaped the blog for so long, but it’s unfathomable!
The Lord-Cunningham families did back to back sessions. Doesn’t that sound fancy, Lord-Cunningham? I feel like I need to bow in honor of them. But I digress …
When Lauren & Chris choose me to be their wedding photographer, we had no idea that:
(a) we already had some silly friends in common and (b) this would be a long term friendship full of lots of adventures.
And so I am so very lucky to have meet this wonderful family. Mama Cunningham is always warm and welcoming and her children have definitely learned and perfected that trait. There are always tons of hugs when we all see each other; which works well because I LOVE HUGS.
This was my first time meeting Danielle. When these images were taken, she was introduced as Dennis’ girlfriend. I’m sure I smirked at the time because she so obviously fit into this sweet, loving family that I knew it wouldn’t be long until she was so much more. I was right, she became his fiance a few months later!!!
