Fresh, fresh, fresh on the blog today … Lauren … and her parents! I won’t bore you with how I met Suellen 5 years ago, but let’s just say that she has been a constant in my life for almost every day since then. Suellen, whom we lovingly call “monkey”, is the kind of person everyone needs in their life. She is supportive, comforting, kind, and basically crazy. The good kind of crazy. Suellen has been telling me sweet stories of her husband, Steve, and daugher, Lauren, since the day  I met her. I’m sure you can imagine what a surreal thing it was to finally meet them in person.

First of all, I could not have possibly imagined a better match for her than Steve. Steve is a photography lover and another one of those ‘good of crazy’ people. He’s incredibly outgoing with the perfect amount of dripping sarcasm & hilarity in every sentence. I loved him from hello.

I spent a quick 30 minutes with Lauren last year, but this was our chance to really giggle and get to know each other. This amazing woman is going to Oklahoma State this year and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for her!
