I already knew and loved Danielle before she emailed me. She was THAT feisty bridesmaid in a wedding that we photographed in 2012 and it was one of those events where the whole crew was treated like family. In fact, I’m still friends with much of them on facebook! So when she asked if I remembered her, I am pretty sure I asked “how could I forget you?!”
COVID did a little number on their wedding plans; their original date was the weekend the governor issued a lockdown for events over 10 people. So I’m currently on standby, eagerly awaiting to see them get married (as I’m sure they are as well!) Until then, I wanted to share their beautiful engagement portraits that we captured at Prairie Creek Park in Richardson.
Why am I so eager about their wedding? I can’t imagine this being anything short of a photographer’s dream : two people who are so full of joy and laughter, and who are so incredibly happy to be in one another’s presence and who have amazing families around them that will only multiply their joy. I’m sure you, dear reader, are just as excited now too.
