Our cheese addiction has been mentioned many times on this blog. But one thing we don’t talk about is all of the cooking (and eating) that goes on during the weekdays here in the studio.
Vivian and I were spoiled early on by parents with an amazing talent for cooking and a baking queen of a grandmother. I didn’t cook much myself until I moved out on my own 6 years ago. Vivian has been a pretty decent guinea pig over the years – she smiles through the failures and chomps through the winners.
So, ya, we set out to make a pizza.
Ingredients:
1 can pilsbury pizza dough
1 cup garlic pesto
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 cup fresh spinach
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup grilled chicken
1 cup Mario Batali 4 cheese blend (shredded provolone, asiago, parmesan, romano)
Verdict:
Yum Yum.
