I was so lucky to be joined by some amazing vendors at Orion Ballroom’s Open House this past January! First and foremost, I got to share a table with Marc of Marc Roberts Videography, you may remember his video of the space here. We had so much fun the whole night as we greeted guests – and there was such a fabulous turnout that were going, going, going the whole night!
The theme of the evening was an elegant winter look, well it was January! Here are some images from the evening, as well as the wonderful vendors that made it all possible!
The gentleman’s getting ready room at Orion:
The bridal suite, full of lovelies from Circle Park Bridal.
Southern Fried Paper had their whimsical set up in of custom invitations and paper products.
Cakes by the supremely talented Bronwyn of Frosted Art Bakery.
Another shot with the setting sun. LOVE!
Lighting & DJ was provided by the fantastic LeForce Entertainment. The music and soft blue wash on the walls really set the mood.
Lounge seating at the Orion Ballroom, as in included with the location. And it’s so chic!
Table decor and florals were courtesy of A Man & A Woman Floral Design in Dallas. I just love hanging out with Andy, she is always smiling and just adores what she does – so contagious!
This is the second open house that I have had the pleasure of working with A Man & A Woman floral! You may remember images from the Coyote Ridge Open House a bit ago where I got to play with her creations then … here’s the new things she has come up with and they are even more gorgeous! Hot pink roses with black feathers…
(left) white anemones (my favorite) with their classic dark purplish centers. (right) a spring mix of purple callas, orange roses and green berries.
Deep purple callas with purple hydrangeas and roses, make this bouquet look so lush and regal!
Green roses and coffee berries, make this one super unique.
(left) a simple, but gorgeous blue hydrangea ball, (right) a small mother/grandmother bouquet with more of those lovely deep purple mini callas and some cymbidium orchids with a small splash of purple on them makes it look o so divine.
I especially love the texture of this white rose and easter lilly bouquet.
This is my kind of bouquet, it has soft color and lots of texture! White roses and mini callas against blue hydrangeas.
Catering by Chef Doug Brown, Beyond the Box Catering. Delish!
And that gorgeous view of downtown that I love!!!
