I was eating lunch with Michelle when I received a call from Laurelaine. It’s not often that you hear someone start a conversation with “I’m a professional mermaid …” I cautiously put down my chicken sandwich and inquired further. I was waiting for the punch line because I have gotten some strange inquiries before. However, she was serious and I seriously excited.

I have to tell you that being a mermaid is tough : hoards of children will flock to you and will ask you about a billion questions. And according to my luck, we will pick a day that 200 mini-cheerleaders & football players will happen to have their photos taken at the exact same location. YAY.

But we made it and my darling Michelle helped me with all of that sexy, sexy light. Because mermaids need sexy, sexy light of course.
