What a lovely honor to be a part of a private dining event with Low Country Quisine! Gorgeous florals provided by my sweet friends at DiFiori – I just love the pop of the cymbidium orchids and purple glassware agains the white table and chairs!
The tasty courses included: shrimp bisque, fried oyster ceasar salad, honey ginger braised short ribs with LCQ’s smokey cheddar grits and crispy okra. And for dessert, a trio of mini LCQ signature red velvet cake, banana fosters bread pudding, and grilled pineapple topped with pineapple sorbet. Exquisite!
