We’ve had a little flurry of album designs lately! Laura & Jeff got one of my big, sexy beasts of a coffee table album – a 30-side 11×14 as part of her photography package as well as matching 8.5×11 parent albums for both sets of parents.
After the wedding Laura told me to pick my favorite image and whip up a design for me to approve. Ooooo I love that! So I started designing in road runner mode : there were little pieces of paper and ideas flying all over the place. And then I realized I was at 40 sides. Eek! So I sheepishly sent my proposed design to Laura. My email started with “don’t hate me, but I’m at 40 sides, do you want to upgrade?” There was, of course, a smiley face at the end of that question and an option to cut pages to get it back down to 30 sides. Laura’s response “… I think we are going to have to go with the 40 page book…no way I could cut out the best pictures EVER!!” Heck ya!!!
Here’s a peek into what Laura & Jeff’s wedding day album looked like. I know Laura, Jeff, and their families are simply ecstatic about it!
Also, *smooches* out to Vivian, the definitive mastermind of the final layouts! All I do is draw squares on a piece of lined paper.
